"Can't" is not in our vocabulary.

It's a negative word that sounds like a defeatist attitude. We can scale any movement and/or weight to something that you CAN do… be ready to surprise yourself.

Sign up for class.

Reserve your spot ahead of time on our App, and cancel ahead of time if you can't make it.

Be on time.

If you are early, you are on time. If you are on time, you are late. If you are late, you can't participate! This has to do with safety and respect. When you miss all or part of the warm-up, you are putting your body at higher risk of injury. Additionally, the Coach has to stop and catch you up with what you have missed. If you are 6 minutes or more late, you will not be able to participate in class.

Introduce yourself to newcomers.

We are all about relationships. We are here to workout, but also to have fun and deal with others. Get to know people around you.

Ask questions.

This applies to questions about the workout and movements, as well as injuries that you might be dealing with. Don't be afraid to ask - we are here to help.

 

Integrity first.

What your time was on the workout, or how much weight you lifted is not important, as long as you are in here giving your best effort. Hold yourself to a high standard. Do your best and maybe a little more every time you workout with us.

 

When you finish, cheer everyone else on.

You are NOT finished with your workout until everyone else is done. We are a community and we stick together.

 

Clean up when EVERYONE is done.

You got it out, you put it where it belongs in an organized fashion. Clean up your sweat, chalk, and any other mess you've made. But always WAIT until everyone is finished with the workout to do so.
